Fire Safety Kumaun provides fire protection engineering design, equipment procurement, piping installation, hydraulic pressure testing, and statutory compliance consultation in accordance with the National Building Code of India (NBC 2016 Part 4) and Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
The interactive Fire Protection Planning Calculator provided on this platform outputs preliminary estimations based on broad NBC 2016 hazard formulas. These outputs do not constitute a formal architectural sign-off or structural engineering approval. Final system dimensions, pump heads, and piping diameters are validated exclusively through certified on-site surveys and detailed CAD drawings.
While Fire Safety Kumaun prepares drawings, completes turnkey installations, and provides inspection liaison, the final issuance of Fire Safety Certificates (NOC) rests solely within the statutory jurisdiction of the Uttarakhand Fire and Emergency Services authority following physical site inspection.
All equipment supplied carries manufacturer warranties and conforms strictly to BIS / ISO standards. Ongoing reliability requires adherence to periodic maintenance schedules prescribed under IS 2190:2010 and NBC 2016.
